I grew up in a wonderful home with an amazing mother. My 2 grandmothers lived close by and we were spoiled by them. One was named Anna and the other Rhea Anna. And so my handle if you will is Granny Ann. Together those 3 women taught me everything and taught me how to love living life by hand. I hope you enjoy the adventure as much as I have.

Lily's Cheesecake Cups

 Lily's Cheesecake

I help serve at the reception of a girl in our neighborhood. We have visited with her family since even before she was born. We watched her grow from a tiny little girl with two big brothers into a beautful woman who loves to sing opera. Now she also loves James and it was a great pleasure to get to help in the kitchen for her wedding recption. James' aunt made the cheesecakes for the recption. They were the no-bake kind and everyone loved them. I had to get the recipe and so I did! Here it is and I hope you love these as much as I do. I usually top them with raspberries or home made raspberry jam and homemade fudge syrup. Enjoy!

2 Tablespoons sugar

            Combine

2-3 Tablespoons butter, melted

Pour over crumbs and mix well. Divide equally to the bottom of 12 baking cups.

1 cup whipping cream, whipped

1 cup powdered sugar

            Whip sugar into cream

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature (very important to be room temperature.)

Remove ½ of whipped/sweetened cream from mixing bowl. Add cream cheese. Whip until smooth. Add the remaining whipped cream and mix well. Divide between 12 baking cups. Cover and chill overnight. Top with favorite topping and whip cream.
